There are no returns/refunds available for any of the jewelry. If you have a defect with your jewelry upon arrival (Jewelry must still be sealed in sterilized pouch), contact me at pixelpiercing@gmail.com and we will exchange the jewelry. Please note that buyer pays for shipping.
